In the Brooder

Hi my ISA Brown “Ginger” is not well.
On Friday she was laying down near where the others were scratching around. Her comb was and is flopped over and her tail was down. I picked her up and saw she was egg bound. When I came back to get her for a warm bath the egg was gone and she was running around like usual. I couldn’t find the egg and it was not in side of her, there was a black looking lump which I thought was poop dried on but after a couple of soaks and some antibiotic ointment now I can see it is a sore. Also below her vent there is a swollen lump the size of a pecan in the shell. Also she was having very watery poops.
I was keeping her isolated and was soaking her once a day. She seemed to be doing better so I put her back with the others in the coop and run.
Today when I checked on her after work her bottom is dirty from being outside. And I noticed she has some black sores on her breast, belly and sides and her skin is red. These were not noticeable until I started looking around under her feathers Help!
