help bloody head

Hi just got home from work and one of my 5 week old chicks has a bloody head. I think the biggest chick is a rooster and is pecking him. What should I do? I just have 7 bantam chicks....and I'm a first timer!

I would separate them and treat with a little neosporin if its cut open

Sure, I've learned the hard way. They will all start picking on the hurt one. It's awful!!!
