This morning I was greeted with this.

I instantly began to panic as I was afraid of Coccidiosis and wasn't sure if I should treat my flock as a preventative measure. I instantly began to follow around the chickens and inspect droppings.

After following them around for a bit, Butter gave me this little tidbit.

I'm slightly concerned as it seems to be allocated to one? chicken. Recently Butter just got done being broody and has returned to being normal. She seems fine other than this. No lethargy, walking around scratching and exploring her surroundings. I just got done watching her dust bathe with no problems. She's about a year of age along with the other chickens and she seems perfectly fine. The poop is rather solid (as far as chicken poop goes, and doesn't seem to have any other issues. Is this normal? Should I treat my flock for Coccidiosis just to be sure?

Been following around my other hens and my Roo all morning. No signs of blood in any of their stools. They are all acting normal, running around and exploring in the run. Nothing seems out of the ordinary save for these odd poops from Butter this morning. Didn't notice any other bloody poops prior to these, checked inside of the coop for any signs of blood in the stool and they are perfectly normal looking poops.

Would it be a bad idea to get Corid and treat them all anyways out of worry?

I've begun treating my entire flock for Coccidiosis and am running them on the "severe" treatment.

I'm still really concerned as to what is going on with this poop and if this is a normal intestinal shed or if it looks more severe than that. Sorry for multiple posts in the thread, just really concerned for the wellbeing of my girls.

Checked the coop and run area this morning (my chickens let themselves out in the morning due to an automatic door). Still a lot of bloody feces in the run, more blood in them than yesterday. Changed out the water that had the Corid in it to give them all a new dosage.

Oddly, when I cleaned out the coop this morning, I noticed that there is no blood in any of the overnight droppings.

Butter still seems perfectly normal. No hunching over like she's cold, no lethargy nothing. Minus the blood in the stools in the run she seems completely healthy. She came up to me this morning and was looking for treats and wanted her morning head pat and tummy rub. She even laid an egg that seems completely normal and fine. Then went to dust bathe like she normally does. After watching her for a bit, she pooped and it appeared normal? It was very runny but there was no signs of blood which confused me because there are signs of new bloody poops in the run this morning.

Could this be just I caught it early enough that she's not showing any of the symptoms? My wife was worried that possibly she ate something that is causing the problem? I've been doing some researching about worms and saw that they could possibly cause blood in stools as well, but after running around the coop there's no sign of worms in any of the stools from ANY of my chickens.

Yes, worms are a possibility. It's not often you'll see worms in feces. If you wish to worm your birds, I recommend giving them Valbazen or Safeguard liquid goat wormer.
Either wormer will eliminate all types of poultry roundworms. Either should be given orally to each chicken using a syringe without a needle.
