HELP!!
I am unsure of the BREED and GENDER of my small flock!
I can not have a rooster in my neighborhood and I don't want to get even more attached to a bird I might have to return

See photos below.

I was told by the breeder that this was a giant white cochin, but don't cochins have feathers on their legs? Male or Female?

The breeder told me this big bird is a cochin, not sure the specifics. Male or Female?

Partridge cochin? Male or Female?

I'm pretty sure this is a silkie, is it too small to tell if Male or Female?

We are pretty sure this little beauty is a Buff cochin. Again Male or Female? I have no idea!

This little guy might be an Americana? Gender unknown...

The most rag tag of the bunch, bald spots everywhere, even where down should be, nothing... kinda sad looking actually.
Gender?

ANY HELP WOULD BE GREATLY APPRECIATED!!!
YOU GUYS ARE GREAT!!

I think the first its a roo because of the pink on its comb, how old is it?

1: Not sure. What kind of comb does it have? Looks a little rooish though.
2: Black Cochin, also looks like a roo
3. Partidge cochin. I can't tell but I think pullet
4. I think white silkie. I can't tell genders on silkies very well

5. Buff Cochin, I can't tell the gender. Too young I think
6. White Crested Polish I think pullet
7. Black or poor silver laced(I think I see some vague lacing but it could be the lighting) Cochin pullet

These are my *Guesses* I'm not the best guesser of genders.

1 - pullet
2 - roo
cochin - roo
silkie - roo
buff - roo
Not sure on last 2

#1 Not a cochin If the comb is pink or red at all then it's aboy (it looks pink)
#2 Roo fromt he size of it's comb. On a cochin that young a female would have next to no comb
#3 Partridge Cochin, female ? Not a very good view of the comb, so I'm not sure
#4 Silkie, too young to tell
#5 Buff cochin, female
#6 WC Black Polish, still kind of young, but I am guessing female.
#7 cochin, female

(These are my best guesses)

Thanks everyone for your HELP! I REALLY appreciate you taking the time to help me solve this riddle! It Turns out the first pic (big white bird) is an Auracana. The rest I am not sure.

Question for NoseyChickens and ANYONE with DUCKS AND CHICKENS!! I NEED YOUR ADVICE!

I noticed you have a runner duck! I acquired an Indian Runner Duck as a rescue she lives with the chickens now (they are all juveniles) does your flock all get along?
Do you think I should have a pair of runner ducks...My chicks are great but the duck has an amazing personality! I take her to work with me several times per week and everyone loves her!

Any thoughts? See Photo below!

This is the entire gang enjoying a lovely Spring day (this is their temporary outdoor run (which they only get to play in when supervised, we have a hawks nest in the area) the coop and big run are under construction (they still live in the garage in a big brooder).

Can the duck live in the coop with the Chickens or do you recommend a separate housing unit?
