HELP! Broken egg, chick still alive!

He was scheduled to hatch the day after his egg was crushed. He did not make it. I gently removed all the broken shell and membrane and placed him under a 100 watt bulb under a damp paper towel. He didn't uncurl at all, barely kicked or moved his head, just laid there like he was still in the egg, breathed for about an hour and then stopped. His yolk was internalized and he was fully developed, but he may have been really injured as bad as the egg was crushed. He peeped a few times, but I was touching him as little as possible.

Out of 9 eggs I gave the hen, 7 candled as developing at 10 days. She left the eggs for what could have been a full 8 hour day around the 14th day of development, but returned to it when I removed the day's eggs from the nests when I got home from work. He does have 5 little fluffy butted brothers and sisters, and the other egg died shortly after candling, as it was very poorly developed. I suppose we did better than I thought we would for a first hatch. Thanks for the advice everyone.
