Help!! Just went to change water and food for my broody and when she got up I seen she has 2 broken eggs!! Today is day 18....
What do I do? I have just left them there for now but will they Survive? Should I put them in The incubator with my other eggs who are at day 16??

Candle them to see if they are still alive - you should see movement if this is the case. The holes can be patched with nail varnish to reestablish a seal, but I'd be worried about the integrity of the egg - especially that top one for putting back under the broody.
If any membrane is exposed, you can wet with 'non-painkiller' topical antibiotic like betadine to re-moisten and fight off bacteria, which they have now been exposed to.
Hopefully, some more experienced hatchers will chime in soon... I didn't have to get to this level of intervention with mine so my advice is all 'in theory'.
Another theoretical, would be to clear away the 'chipped' one's shell, apply betadine and patch with a boiled egg shell which has been trimmed to size to cover the hole and then secure with nail varnish... I read about that technique with hatching exotic birds, but that was part of an assisted hatch.
