I had one like that. I kept it in a cup. After a while I gave it some sugar water and electrolites from a dropper (just a drop not a lot you can get fluid into their lungs doing this) and she perked up and lived.

it has been still in the same position all day. I fear the worst for the baby unfortunately.
Some chick vitamins mixed with boiled yolk may help... So would a little sugar water from a syringe.

I'm sorry to hear of your loss.
If rigor mortis set in, I doubt CPR would be of much use... I've never heard of anyone doing CPR on a chicken before... Have you?
