If it is bronchitis, she should be sneezing, since that is a common symptom. Hopefully, she will improve. Glad you could see a vet. Keep us posted on how she does.

I don't know what more to do - I'm praying she'll be alright.

Make sure tha t she is drinking fluids. Try making her a small bowl of chicken feed mixed with water. That might help if she is getting dust into her airway when eating. I had a hen who got stridor sometimes for hours after she she ate. There have been many treads on BYC about other chickens with stridor on videos who got better the next day.
