HELP!! Buff Orpington pullet or cockerel???? :( will need to give back

Not allowed to have roosters, so it would be heartbreaking to give him/her back to the feed bin. She/he is the sweetest, quietest thing! Give me your honest opinion!!

To be honest, I have no idea how old, he/she was a gift. It has always been a very large bird. Here's a video of it, maybe it will help confirm:
