HELP! Buff Orpington pullet or cockerel?

Updated pics of my Buff Orpington who is now 8 weeks. I’m still completely stumped on whether it’s a cockerel or pullet it’s been a roller coaster ride and really keeping me guessing originally I thought cockerel, but now I’m leaning towards pullet again…
Thoughts?
P.S. it’s been slow to feather out as it’s extremely hot where I live currently

I am inclined to a slow developing cockerel.
But it could still go either way.
Post new pics in another couple of weeks? It should be obvious by then.

He is 100% a cockerel. He has male-specific feathering

Those are some stocky legs.

The wattles are what have me leaning towards cockerel. I haven't seen an 8 week BO pullet have wattles that size.

From the looks of it that is a pullet but it would help if you could post more photos in around 2 months from now or even one month
