You are going to have to do a fair bit of work to the existing playset to make a coop. I would just come up with a good coop plan, and incorporate the playset materials in the build, if you are dead set on using it. Personally, I would just sell the playset and put that money into lumber.

It’s so doable after looking at your play set. Removing the dome and replacing it with rectangular roof frame will make it easier to roof. I agree with the former post making it a walk-in by lowering the floor will be more accessible.
