I took one of my hens to the vet since it was my first time having a chicken with bumble foot. He gave her an antibiotic and cleaned her foot out. I did everything I was told to do with her for healing process; soaking in Epsom salt daily and wrapping her foot. It was beginning to look better and then back on the down hill slide again. I've watched the YouTube videos, I've cleaned it with peroxide, wrapped it, soaked it in Epsom salt again and I'm out of choices! There is still an infection and I've gotten the most out that I possibly can but I can still see more. Does anyone have other suggestions? I hate to take her to the vet again since the first trip cost $80.

Thank you so much for that! I will definitely be trying out some of the things they had mentioned!

Good luck, it can be quite a challenge. Consider posting pics of the foot if you are not sure to drain or needs cushioning to heal.
Also, see if you can determine the cause - these come from injury or splinters to try to avoid more to deal with.
