Help Butt feathers picked

My Hen has been picking her butt feathers and its going to snow soon in my area, Its been hovering around 32 Degrees and her butts picked clean. If you have any idea what this habit is, or if its something else and how I treat it, please say below. Thanks!


PS, I looked for mites and really wasnt sure what to look for, but I didnt see any eggs or things crawling on her skin.

Have you seen her pull her own feathers? Usually this is done bo other chickens, and is often due to too little protein in the diet, or too little space.
