So recently I’ve had a few friends with chickens have some get sick and lethargic and then eventually die.. now I have one that’s showing same symptoms

she started with respiratory symptoms but now is dropping her tail, has greenish poop with some white stuff sticking to her feathers. Very unstable when trying to walk

Upper respiratory can be fatal if not treated. Very contagious. Separate your well birds from the sick. You may have done this already.

This is surely Newcastle disease which is disastrous in fact and could kill 90% of the flock and the worse is that it has no cure only vaccination which may help you not to lose your flock.
