HELP! Can i slap my rooster?

@Matejka you grabbed and tucked him. I advise strongly against that approach, as well as against slapping him.

Many of mine briefly engage in such behavior when really excited over prospect of food. Even my broody hens can do it at times. When he does it, do nothing that appears to respond to it. Do not present him immediately with food either. Do not do something he might consider aggression. Do no recoil from his attacks. Make him think your actions are not influenced by his.
Thanks that makes perfect sense.

The video posted is an ok way to do it but you have to combine that with daily handling to tame them. If you only have one rooster this will work, with more than that it kinda pisses them off. It will also depend on the breed, some times it works, sometimes it doesn't, sometimes it works too well (esp. with timid breeds) and they will be outright scared of you, others like my white rock will just hate you. Feel it out, if you only have 1 roo give it a try, if you have 2 or more don't do it.
Oonly 1 a black Australorp and he is handled almost daily. He has been very gentle and docile-until now, and when he tries to bite at me, it is not aggressive, it seems more like a love bite. Not sure that makes sense or not. This usually occurs early morning, while letting them out of run, or late evening. The flock free ranges from sun up to sundown.
