Help Caponizing Roosters near Orlando, FL

Hi I am looking for someone to capon (neuter) my roosters. I have had roosters before but they wanted to fight each other and rip each other to shreds. I would really like to keep these as pets.

Usually if you keep roosters in a bachelor pad - out of sight of any hens - they don't fight because they aren't competing with each other. I believe caponizing them is rare, expensive, and very risky.
