Help Chick can't keep balanced

So I have a chick that is always on it's back or side it runs but never walks sort of uses the side of the box to guide it. It can't stay upright AT ALL.
Any Ideas or suggestions?

Search symptoms of wry neck.... Could be that??? I've read even chicks can get it. Hope your little one gets better.

Everything works fine except that it can't keep it's balance.

Try some poultry vitamins in the water in case of a deficiency. How old is the chick? Has it ever been able to walk?

It is a couple days old. It is able to run sort of sideways. it's totally unbalanced and can't even sit right side up.
