HELP!!!! Chick crop problems

I just got a Delaware chick today, and she was fine when i got her, but now her chest is hard.
I think she has a blocked crop...
or whatever you call that here are some pictures of her:

Withhold food for the rest of the day and see if the crop empties. She may have not been fed hours before you got her and just packed in feed after you brought her home.

When chickens haven't had food in awhile they will pack their crop. this may be the case. She looks healthy and alert.

actually she hadnt been fed for around 4-6 hours...
im still a newbie...
i took food from her and just gave her some water

Check her crop first thing in the morning; by then it should be flat. My girls all go to bed with nice fat crops, so I don't worry unless the crop is not emptying overnight.

Be sure not to withhold food too long, as it will cause gorging when she finally has access to food.
