HELP! chick doesn't know it's supposed to hatch at the OTHER end

ok so i have a little maran chick that has pipped at the wrong end!!!!!!

it's little beak it sticking out and it is still alive. will it be ok? should i do anything?

***when they were incubating, they were in the racks of the auto turner, small end down. then on day 18 they went into the hatcher on their side.

If it's beak is sticking out, it can breath, so it should be fine. But what do I know? I just lost half of my hatch. Hope someone else can give you better advice.

If it's beak is out, be certain that you don't open the bator and that humidity is up so it can slide around in there enough to zip.

it will be fine, i've had plenty of confused little chicks choose the wring end. good luck
