Help! Chick dying!?!

Unfortunately she passed while I was asleep. I did notice that she had a red crust in her eyes and nostrils that hadn’t been there before.
I am so sorry to hear that😢, my little chick started sleeping all day, and she ended up flipping over on her back and she also ended up passing away. its really hard to not feel hopeless when this happens, I happen to have another chick that is acting lethargic and unwilling to stand now. I think the hatchery sent me a fairly weak batch of chicks that was made worse by 3 days in the mail.

I’m so sorry 😭. I’m almost wondering if it’s the specific batch I have. I have another group that have been just fine but I did have one other chick a few weeks ago pass from the same batch this little girl was from so I’m thinking it might just be something about the group

If you ever have anything like this happen again Nutri-Drench is a great thing. It is a little pricey but totally worth it in my opinion. I'm sorry for your loss. :hugs
That’s what I used as well as save a chick in the water. I just don’t understand. I tried everything and at one point she perked back up a bit but then she was gone. She was my favorite

Well then, you did every thing you could to save her. Don't blame yourself, she is happier now than ever.
