HELP chick egg internally pipped yesterday but now look weird and not moving!!!!!

I put 2 silkie eggs in an incubator for one of my momma hens to be a surrogate.When it can to hatching time one of the eggs hatch but the other still no external pip.So I candled the egg yesterday and it had internally pipped but it looked really weird (I’ll show pictures)the baby was breathing so I hurried and put it back in the incubator.It is now the next morning and I was gonna make my own hole in the egg.But when I candled it it look really really weird still and baby is not moving or breathing anymore!Should I still try to help?Why did the egg not hatch and look so weird on the inside?

Chick could be deformed, or malpositioned.
If they aren't in a position to hatch, it makes it difficult or impossible for them to do so.

If it's alive after you've opened the egg check to see if it internally pipped. If it hasn't you will need to cover the membrane with water, coconut oil etc. and put it back into the incubator.
