Help chick emergency and I don't have any chicken type vets around.

Something is wrong with my silkie chick. Here is a pic. I have no idea at all, I usually until recently haven't had issues with my chicks or chickens before. Help.

I think it's a prolapsed vent. But i've never heard of it in chicks. the chick is about 4 weeks old.
