Help!! Chick Gasping for Air???

Hello. So today I woke up to find that one of my Silkie chicks was stretching and opening her mouth super wide. I am worried that she was maybe gasping for air...
She out of the 3 that we have is definitely eating and drinking. What do you think is happening?? I am worried

Adjusting her crop? If you can get a video and post to youtube or other host and put the link here, it might help. Sometimes chicks will eat a lot and have very full crops and you will see them stretching and gaping as they adjust the crop contents, working to get it to empty, so that may be all that's going on.
