Help! Chick gasping for breath and won’t stop!

My baby chick that’s nearly 2 days old is constantly gasping for breath and won’t stop. I gave it garlic, sugar water but haven’t seen any improvement. Its gone mainly limp and unresponsive so no it can’t drink anymore things aren’t looking the greatest.
