Help!! Chick gasping for breath?

I have a friend who hatched black copper marans 3 weeks ago. They have all been doing fine except today one keeps opening her mouth as if she’s gasping for breath but not making any noise. She doesn’t seem to have anything in her throat. They haven’t been vaccinated and she’s feeding medicated chick feed. This one is also now getting water with electrolytes in a dropper. Not sure if gapeworm is a possibility or if she could just be hot. Video is posted below and any ideas are greatly appreciated! Thank you!
