HELP! chick has been in egg for a while (zip) and cant come out!

My chick has been in the zip process for a while. It looks like she could easily get out but she is only puching not pecking. She has been in the same position for like a hour and a half, and im not sure she is going to make it. She is a serama. Two other chicks are out. What do i do!! help her???

is the membrane dry?we had to take an eye dropper and put very warm water on the membrane to soften it up some due to humidity issues and a long pip and zip time
