Help Chick hatched last night and has a larger bump on bottom??

One of our chicks hatched last night and there is larger bump somewhat raw on his bottom.
What may this be?
I will try to post a picture if I can get one,
he is moving all around and fluffy but the bottom looks a bit different than the others.
Suggestions?
