sexing ~3week old faverolles

these guys hatched around the 30th of october so are around 3 weeks old. am i right in thinking the top chick will be a roo and the bottom a hen? not easy to see here but they have different wing shapes and the bottom chick also has a longer more developed tail. all my other chicks look exactly like the bottom chick and the top one is obviously different from them. [can try and get better pictures if necessary but i had to put them in a bucket bc they're so flighty!]

Top might be a cockerel and bottom should be a pullet, but we'll need to wait for more feathers for confirmation. Less about the feather shape at this age and more about the coloration, as males should feather in black on the chest, though depending on where you got these from, there can also be darker hens that have black leakage.
