Help! Chick hatched mom looks like she abandoned

I have a first time broody hen. The chick just hatched. The hen peeked at it and left the coop. Now she goes in and pecks at the chicks. It's still wet by itself in the coop

Do intervene and take the chick?? Do I leave it be. I'm worried the other hens will kill it.
I have never see this happen

After much debate, I waited. Momma is sitting on chick and rest of the eggs. the eggs are about a week behind bc the other hens keep scooting her off the nest and laid fresh. I didn't realize it till momma hen was sitting for 48+ hours. So incubator is ready for when she gets up and teaches her chick
