First time hatching. My other 4 took almost 20 hours from the time I saw the shell crack and were completely fine. This one cracked last night and now she’s like this . I don’t know what to do for her... I have 5 other eggs that are pipped so I don’t want to open the incubator unless I can actually save her.

Put her in a cup just small enough for her so she can't kick around. Leave her there until she absorbs the yolk.

Yes and keep her in the incubator.
Ok yellow solo cup. How long does it normally take to absorb? Do I need to be concerned at any point? It looks like the sack is twisted but I honestly have no idea what it should look like ... if she doesn’t absorb it what do I do? Sorry last question why did this happen all the other zipped and hatched fine. Just woke up and there was a new chick. Why did she hatch if she didn’t absorb . Will my others do this?

Usually takes a couple of days. I'm not sure why it happens.

But she will be fine in the incubator until she absorbs ? Is there any point I should cut it and take her out?
Yes she will be fine in the incubator.
She is either going to absorb it or she isn't.
All you can do it wait.

Do not cut anything.
Do not even touch her.
