HELP! Chick hatching issues!

What can I do about this?! She was stuck to the inside of the shell for a minute just pulling on it. When she was finally out I noticed a red bulge where the umbilical cord may be? But then she keeps pulling on this stuff and the bulge is bigger and more red!

I know the photo isn't that great. The blob at the far end of the chick, well I usually see that left with the shell. I don't see any intestine but there are two red veins connecting it to the chick
