@Wyorp Rock has given good advice. Sorry about your chick. Flies can do a lot of damage to wounds or if there are droppings stuck on vents in warm summer weather.

The 3rd picture is the initial pecking wound and the only one she had. She was sperate from the flock when we found her covered in flies with the issues on pick 1,2, and 4. Unfortunately I'm at work, my GF is home sending me all of this info so I'm doing to best I can to relay what's going on.Can she stand?

Is a detached crop an actual thing? I had no idea that could even happen.Oh dear!

To me, it looks like the crop is detached, I don't know how you would fix that. Accompanied with the maggots and her condition. I'm so sorry, I would cull her.
