HELP, Chick is barely hanging on (graphic img)

Here are some pictures of crop anatomy to see if the crop is attached normally or if it seems detached. It may be hard to tell since the skin is open.

Is a detached crop an actual thing? I had no idea that could even happen.

Well, detached may be the wrong word? But whatever that is (crop?) that's hanging out (red circle), how are you going to get that back in. It belongs inside (red arrow). Unless I'm totally not seeing something. If that's the crop and it's full, when you give fluids, where are those going, can you feel the fluids going into that?
How long has all that been exposed/uncovered?

Sadly Dusty passed tonight. She gave it one last try to lift her head to drink and squawked, put her head back down and passed. Based on what I saw I think I have a good idea of what happened. Long story short... Some point last night her crop was impacted and during the night into day it swelled up and she got very weak to the point she couldn't walk. Flies were drawn to her and covered her. The other chickens were drawn to the flies to eat and while eating the flies pecked at Dusty under them causing the wound in her neck. She fought really hard but the combination of the massive swollen crop and neck wounds was too much to recover from. We buried her in the flower bed so she can help our flowers grow.

So it's hard to tell from the picture because she has black skin, but what you have circled is her whole neck and part of where it meets her body. That area of where her neck meets her body The skin is torn back and you can see her muscle and I'm guessing her esophagus. The crop is in the right place but it's so badly swollen that it is partially under where her wing meets her body.
