What can I do to help her? She is 12 of 17. I had brooding hens and bought fertilized eggs. She is the only one like this everyone else was fine. The hens won't care for her. She is on a heating pad inside with us.

It's hard to say as there is no information given as to how it is struggling. In general to get chicks up to health give it one of the following- sugar water or electrolytes with vitamins. This will give the chick energy to eat. The feed is what gets them up and running. Once vigor is back (hopefully in a day or two) slip it back under the hen at night. Don't wait too long or she may not accept it as it's a stranger. As soon as the chick has vigor return to hen that night. She'll care for healthy chicks. Sometimes they kill the weak ones outright and other times simply throw it out of nest. They care for the healthy ones.
