HELP!!!Chick looks like he's having seizure

I put feed into brooder box and the rest started eating but the little roo just started flailing around putting his head back now hes just laying in brooder, still breathing. HELP!!

I had a chick that had regular seizures. They were frequent when she was small and less so as she aged. She grew to be a lovely pullet, but always had neurological issues. We lost her at 9 mos old, when she just went a bit catatonic. She'd run & play and lay her eggs, but she was alway wobbly and would tip over when excited.

Forgot to say ours was part of an otherwise overwhelmingly fluffy, ginormous shipment of chicks from Meyers we resold as teens. I kept her because I felt she wasn't fit to go elsewhere.
