HELP! Chick pipped wrong end facing the floor

Day 20 of incubation currently have 4 eggs externally pipped but one of them seems to be malpositioned. It’s pipped but on the pointy end of the egg and is facing towards the floor of the incubator. It’s only been pipped for 2-3 hours and humidity is around 70%. Will it hatch ok? It is a shipped Orpington egg.

It may hatch out fine or it might need help. There are a tons of threads on this. Give it a good 12 hours before even thinking about assisting.
