It did have a traumatic hatch so it is probably worn out. I would put some nutri drench or suger in water and leave it to rest a while, then maybe give it a little clean. Is it eating and drinking?

I didn't give it food or water... Yet. I still put it back in the incubator (thought it does like sleeping in my hands). I turned the heat pad on👍

They can stay in Incubator for up to 24° until other chicks are hatched.- everytime you open bator your humidity is dropping, risking shrink wrap in others. The yolk can sustain them them for 72° - that's why they ship 1 day olds. Not suggesting you wait that long, but relax. I know, you want to hug it and cuddle it and name it George, I have the same reaction.
But you and I are going to cintain our curiosity so we have healthy chicks that don't get too cold, too stressed, etc. Ok?
Officially in lockdown.
