HELP! CHICK TOP OFF EGG AND SACK LIFTED A TINY BIT

came in checked on ibcubater though ine had hatched and its top of shell came off and i can see part of the chick but its bleeding

Not if you take the egg out and do it quickly then return the egg...also have some Neosporin or coconut oil on hand to reset the membrane
