Help chick with blood

there was an chick that was trying to hatch for almost 2 days and she was stuck to the membrane. i peeled the egg shell and used warm water to loosen her out. she seems weak and has a little blood thing in her butt. should i be worried? was i too soon?

Late hatchers are frequently a bit weak. Some Sav A chick or electrolyte might help. I would apply some antibiotic ointment to the umbilicus. Good luck. Dealing with late hatchers is frequently iffy.
