Help chick with yellow bulging crop

A chick with Blade leg and clicky breathing has been getting a little better but today I noticed that she had a very solid fall and bulging crop that had a yellow bald spot. Is this normal is she okay? I’m gonna try and not feed her much tonight and see what it looks like deflated but if anybody has any ideas, it would be greatly appreciated.

Chick’s crop can be very round when full of food. I would not withhold feed or separate her tonight. Are you using a hobble to keep her legs closer together?
