Sorry to hear I've heard/read about how some chicks suffer from "failure to thrive". Always difficult, glad to hear the rest are doing well.

I did loose 2 Red Leghorn chicks yesterday. I was told that making honey water and adding the electrolytes to it will help a weak chick. I did this all day yesterday, for my weak chick and it did help her, her DOB is 5-18. I put it in the water jug and all of the chicks drank it. She slept good all night and is eating and playing with all the chicks today.

I'm so sorry to hear that! It's so hard to loose a chick but what you are doing sounds great, sounds like all your chicks will stay happy and healthy!

they did great last night, when the FINALLY went to sleep at 12:45. I stayed up, I wanted to make sure no one laid on the littlest one- no one had poopie butt this morning, they woke me up at 4, ate ,drank and went back to sleep, View attachment 2684096

one looks like it grew over night, now they are just all doing their thing. am keeping a close eye on them, but the 5 day olds and the 13 day olds are doing fine together.

Awwww cutie pies! They all look super good and healthy- It's so hard to not worry about chicks all night! Ever since we got our chicks I have been up so late and waking up so often at night to check on them, its so tiring!

It is crazy how chicks look bigger in just one night! It's good that your different aged chicks are doing well together- I think one of my chicks is older than all of our other chicks since it is twice the size and it has lots more feathers
