HELP!!! Chickcozy incubator egg turner not working!

Hi everyone, I have a chickcozy 25 egg incubator and I noticed that the incubator hasn't been turning automatically unless I press the button and do it myself. Could it be because the eggs are too big/heavy because my last hatch had smaller eggs and it worked perfectly fine and rotated every hr? Please help!!

I’ve had issues with various autoturners (I have quail, most turners are too big), even when sized for quail I get eggs that don’t turn, eggs that are sideways or upside down or it just quits working. I handturn everything thrice a day, I also rotate where eggs are in the incubator so it nullifies hot and cold spots so I don’t have a four day hatching window. It is personal preference of course but then I know what is happening with each egg and I feel ‘involved’ in the process.
