Help, Chicken beak issue.

can any one help!

my chicken got seriously hurt. her top beak is almost gone you can see because the tip of the bottom is poking out and 1/8 of her crown is gone. she can still eat corn, bread, and bugs and sometimes chipes but is having throuble drinking from her water thingy. I think she is getting lighter but everyone disagrees.

She seems happy mostly when we let hher out of the coop.

I see you're new, you need to make a few more posts, so we can see a picture. Is she bleeding? Is anything hanging off of her face?
Does she appear to be in pain? How did it happen? When you say crown, do you mean comb?
Sorry to ask so many questions, I just can't picture exactly what is going on. Roberta
