Help! Chicken being bullied to death!

Thanks SouthGaRoo! Good to know I'm not the only one :) was the hen they you let raise the chicks at the bottom of the pecking order (did it get picked on) as this is my main concern as she gets picked on her self can she protect her chicks! Thanks alot hope to hear from you :)
 
When I had a very alpha hen and a very omega hen go broody at the same time, I wound up having to separate them after hatch. Alpha hen went after omegs's chicks to the point omega started getting confused and pecking her own chicks. Granted, my space was a little tight and that may have contributed, but as soon as I pulled alpha and her chicks out, omega was happy with her brood again and all the chicks thrived. If you can't separate them, I'd not let omega hatch.
