Help! Chicken bit by Snake.

Hello,

I was opening up my coop this morning and one of my Speckled Sussex pullets limping, I checked him out and found what looks like a bite on his leg; it's swollen, blue and has two bite marks on it. I separated him, and I'm going to treat him.

What can I do? Please help!

I would give him some Benadryl. I gave it to my cat when it got bitten in the face by a copperhead. I have used it for my chickens when they started swelling after trying to eat a bufo frog.
