HELP! Chicken Body Filled Up With Air

Hello, Unfortunately I am facing some problems with my small chicken flock. On of my 2months chick is sick. His body is filled up with air. He is looking like a balloon now. I am feeling pity for him but can't do anything. Can anyone suggest me anything what I can do for him? Please help me!

I currently live in Bangladesh. There is a bit gathering in my chicken house. The whole body is filled up with air.

This is a duplicate thread. The picture looks like a leaking air sac from trauma to the chick’s chest or neck. Disinfect the skin and insert a sewing needle or hypodermic needle to puncture the skin slightly, and then press out any air under the skin. This may need to be repeated. Here is the other thread:

Yes, you are right. I am treating the chick. sorry for the duplicate thread. I am new here so there was a misunderstanding about thread. This why I created another thread out of mistake.
