Help chicken breathing funny

I just went to gather eggs and one Hen almost a year old is breathing strangly. Every time she breathes in, she makes a noise and her neck goes up. Like something is stuck in her throat. I coaxed her over to the water and she drank but the sound didn't change. She is sneezing too, like something was in her nose. One nostril has some mud on it, but what else could be going on?

Its sick. Just like us when we are sick. U need to buy some Terramycin Water Soluble Antibiotics. Only give it to her. Please read the direction carefully when given this to her. After taken this she will be fine.
