HELP! CHICKEN BULLYING

I found my hen with a bald bleeding spot from other hens pecking her on her head!!! What do I do?????!!!?!

Separate her in another pen, wash off the wound, and apply some antibiotic ointment.

Do they bully her regularly? If not, they may be introduced back together without a problem.
