help chicken constipated!!!

i think my chicken is constipated,, because she had diarrea at first it got all over he bottom, and then today she went to try to lay an egg ,soft stool came out it was brown, then a couple of hours she pooped white, so i soaked her in warm water, her poop was reall hard on her feathers so i cut it off i checked her bottom where the egg comes out it was wide open and i seen some hard poop so i got it out i checked if she was egg bound didnt feel anything i noticed it at first because her back side had poop all over it and the poofiness wasnt there she had nothing and she also quit laying i hope i helped her also should i dryher off after the soak before putting her outsiide?

Give her some yogurt. Yogurt will put some good bacteria in her intestines and help her pass her stool.
Also, if its warm outside then you don't have to dry her off. She'll dry on her own.
