Help! Chicken fighting

I think the run is about 10'x48" so about 40 sq ft ish. Do you think this hens behavior can be reversed or is it a lost cause? I thought isolating her would help her fall down the pecking order but now she's just getting beat up on as well.

Even 40sqft is ok for 4 chickens. But, depends on the chickens. They are clearly aggressive to the one. Solve for peace in the flock for now. See if neighbor is willing to keep the one chicken in their garage for your vacation. If portable, have them keep her caged, but near her flock during the day (as long as she has weather protection).

Think about electric netting for expanding the space in the warm months.

I would re-home her. They are telling you they don't have enough room, plain and simple. And you don't have the time or the weather for months to fix it.

Just keep the three that are working out well together.
